These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Shipping Domestically
All orders within Syria are shipped using local courier companies, and delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Internationally
All international orders are shipped using approved courier companies, and shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to your shipping address country at checkout.
Taxes & Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties on orders required to go through customs. These charges (if any) are determined based on the destination country and are beyond our control.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 7 business days.
Dispatch Time
Orders with ready stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Our warehouse operates on Sunday – Thursday during standard business hours, except on public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses.
Military Address Shipping
We are unable to offer shipping to military addresses.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock or requires a special design, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order.
Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking details (if available) to follow the progress of their shipment based on updates provided by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please take a picture of the parcel and contact our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
Duties & Taxes
Taxes
Currently, no Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied within Syria.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country.
Cancellations
Unless your order contains specially designed items, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value determined by the courier.
Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit
We will process a replacement according to our Return & Exchange Policy once the courier has completed their investigation.
Process for Parcels Lost in Transit
We will process a replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
