By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this
arrangement, and to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the
services we provide.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery
address of the items in your order. Shipping charges will be added to the purchase total.
The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for the customer.
Domestic Shipping
All orders within Syria are shipped via local courier companies, and shipping fees will be
calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via approved courier companies, and shipping costs will be
automatically calculated based on the address provided at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes required for orders that
pass through customs. These charges (if applicable) are determined by the destination country
and are beyond our control.
Delivery Terms
Delivery Time (Domestic)
In general, domestic shipments take approximately 3 to 7 business days in transit.
Dispatch Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days after order
confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Sunday to Thursday during standard business hours, excluding public
holidays. In such cases, we take steps to minimize shipping delays.
Change of Delivery Address
For delivery address changes, we are able to update the address at any time before the order
has been dispatched.
PO Box Shipping
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Military Address Shipping
We are unable to ship to military addresses.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will wait until it becomes available before dispatching
your order. In the meantime, available items in your order will be reserved.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate
the issue.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if available) to monitor
the progress of your shipment based on updates from the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged during transit, please take photos of the parcel and contact our
customer service immediately. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact
us to discuss the next steps.
Taxes & Fees
Taxes
Currently, no Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to orders within Syria.
Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination
country. These charges vary by country. NewBoy Store encourages customers to be aware of
these potential costs before placing an order.
Cancellations
Unless your order includes customized or specially requested products, you may cancel your
order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please
refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value determined by the shipping provider.
Process for Damaged Parcels
We will process a refund or replacement once the shipping provider completes its investigation
into the claim.
Process for Lost Parcels
We will process a refund or replacement once the shipping provider confirms that the parcel is
lost.

Additional Terms
Refusal of Delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been shipped without a valid reason, the
store reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs and may restrict or disable
Cash on Delivery (COD) service for future orders.
Misuse of Service
NewBoy Store reserves the right to cancel any order or restrict customer access in cases of
suspected misuse of the service, including placing fake or repeated orders without intent to
purchase.
